Relationship Manager – Hospitality Real Estate

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to guide prospective buyers through their journey of investing in premium hospitality-backed real estate.

This is not a cold-calling role. Qualified leads are generated through marketing activities. The role focuses on relationship building, consultations, site visits, and customer conversion.

• Attend and respond to incoming enquiries.
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
• Schedule and conduct Google Meet consultations.
• Explain project features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with prospects.
• Follow up consistently until decision-making stage.
• Maintain CRM updates and customer records.
• Coordinate with management during the sales process.
• Facilitate smooth customer onboarding after booking.
