Role Overview:

The role involves sourcing, managing, and growing the Gold Loan portfolio through customer acquisition, branch walk-ins, and relationship management while ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive Gold Loan business through branch walk-ins and field sourcing.


Conduct gold appraisal as per company policies (where applicable).


Ensure timely processing, documentation, and loan disbursal.


Maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.


Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to audit and compliance norms.


Achieve monthly disbursal and revenue targets.
