Relationship Manager, Business Banking

Key Responsibilities

Identify prospects and convert in line with the Bank’s direction.

• Provide client‑centric solutions, and execute various banking transactions.
• Maintain a portfolio of active and growing customers.
• Market and sell broad range of products such as Trade Services, Cash Management and Wealth.
• Implement agreed business plan to achieve sales/ revenue targets.

Skills And Experience

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in serving business, commercial or corporate clients.
• Track record in new client acquisition.
• Sound product knowledge on Trade, Cash Management, and FX and strong understanding of local industries, supply and value chains and market environment.
• Experience servicing international businesses under the cross-border context.
• Ability to speak Mandarin fluently is a plus.
