Relationship Banking Associate

Pay Range: $18.50 - $20.81



The role of the Relationship Banking Associate is to deliver high quality customer service and responsiveness to ensure fulfillment and satisfactionof both internal and external customers. This individual will be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of routine transactions and other related servicesaccurately in accordance with policy and procedures. This individual will be responsible for identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate business partner or line of business that will help fulfill the customer's need(s). This interaction may be in person or over the telephone. The Relationship Banking Associate will provide support for basic consumer deposit account opening as required.


Education and Experience:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
