Responsibilities
- Build and develop a portfolio of VIP clients (own contacts or developed through strategic relationships).
- Sell and manage VIP booth and table reservations in advance, with direct client follow-up.
- Carry out follow-up and sales throughout the week with a flexible schedule.
- Resolve client questions, needs, or incidents in real time, with a proactive, solution-oriented, and service-focused attitude.
- Provide customer service via calls, WhatsApp, and email (using a company phone), ensuring agile and professional communication.
- Attend to and accompany VIP clients on-site during club nights, ensuring a comfortable, exclusive, and professional experience.
- Manage and activate VIP guest lists.
- Collaborate with the internal team (security, waitstaff, management) to ensure a smooth, high-level experience.
