An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RSW to join our Community Rehabilitation Team (CRT) in the Glenrothes.
The CRT provide rehabilitation to the adult population within the locality. This will be delivered to service users as in-patients, out-patients or within their own home.
The primary function of this role will be to work with the Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy & District Nursing Services within CRT to deliver therapeutic treatment programmes to service users in the ward setting or their own homes, preventing hospital admission and supporting early discharge from hospital. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists & District Nursing will provide specialist assessments to this patient group and allocate work to this post holder. This post will primarily deal with the function of daily rehab in the community, operating shifts to provide a service 365 days of the year from 8:00-22:00.
