Rehabilitation Consultant (Registered Nurse)

Working as a Rehabilitation Consultant you will draw upon your clinical skills and support people throughout their rehab journey. • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals;
• Applying your nursing knowledge to facilitate a return to wellness plan;
• Case management - Implementing and monitoring rehabilitation plans.
• Complete initial assessments and perform worksite reviews
