As a Better Days Community-Based Physiotherapist, your day could include: 

• Completing assessments with clients in the community to determine the most appropriate programme for their needs. 
• Broadening your clinical experience, adding to your skillset, and engaging with a wide variety of clinical presentations across the week. 
• Primarily Injury rehabilitation programs – coworking with Better Day’s tightknit team of, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and other IDT team members.
• Achieving realistic KPIs in a manageable and sustainable daily workflow – control over your own diary .
• Visiting a variety of people in their homes or seeing clients in a clinic space, to assess their needs, design appropriate rehab plans, and advocate on their behalf. You may work with clients with a range of cond...
