Rehab Aide - Outpatient

*_SUMMARY:_*
We are currently seeking a*Rehab Aide*to join our Outpatient Rehab team. This role will providesupport across specialty areas including outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology within our Clinic & Specialty Center. This fulltime role will work days (Monday – Friday). Preferred schedule is 9:00 AM -5:30 PM, alternative scheduling arrangements may be considered based on candidate qualifications and department needs.
*Purpose of this position:*Under close supervision of therapists (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist), performs work in a service position to assist, transport and prepare therapy patients for procedures. Maintains treatment area.
*_RESPONSIBILITIES:_*
* Transports patients to and from treatment areas using wheelchairs and standing support
* Assists therapists with preparing patients for procedures
* Secures patient onto therapy equipment
