Regulatory Specialist

**Job Title:** Regulatory Specialist
**Location** : Erlanger, KY - ONSITE
**Duration:** 10 -15 months
**Pay:** $35-$40/hr.
**Shift:** In office Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm
.
**KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:**

+ Technical understanding of regulatory documentation and ability to conduct detailed research & interpretation of rules and guidance applicable to the Company’s product portfolio and ingredients used therein.
+ Proficiency in FDA and Canadian regulations, as well as familiarity with EU food and flavor regulations are desirable.
+ Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills for coordinating regulatory needs with global customers and colleagues.
+ Communication skills that help to relate regulatory topics to non-regulatory audiences (Procurement, Quality, Vendors).
+ Ability to set priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
+ Attention to detail to minimize internal complaints **.**
