Regulatory Framework & Governance Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Regulatory Framework & Governance Manager to support the development, alignment, and governance of OSL’s global regulatory compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions.

This role will focus on crypto licensing, regulatory engagement, and the design of group-level compliance frameworks that support local MLROs and compliance teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistency of regulatory interpretation, policy alignment, and readiness for regulatory examinations across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with tier 1 regulators, supporting licensing regimes, and operating within regulated crypto or financial services environments.
