Minimum qualifications:

• JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position is located.
• 7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in‑house, or at a law firm.
• Experience with cross‑border litigation or regulatory defense in EMEA.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with legal, regulatory, and litigation matters, including strategically addressing, minimizing and avoiding regulatory risk.
• Experience with affirmative litigation, including judicial review, class actions or litigating before the EU Court of Justice....
