**Position Purpose**

The registrar is responsible for servicing all areas and completing all tasks related to the front desk area of a physician practice. As client facing professionals, this position plays a key role in representing the practice in the community.

**As a Registrar, you will:**

+ Serve patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
+ Optimize patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
