Blue Sky Family Health Team is seeking an experienced Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our interdisciplinary team of health care providers. The RSW will work collaboratively with all members of our team by providing comprehensive primary health care in consultation with our team of Physicians.

Candidates must have expertise and comfort working with complex mental health patients. The primary focus of practice includes individual and couples counselling, psychosocial therapeutic functions and psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma. The RSW should be knowledgeable of community resources in the areas of mental health and crisis services to ensure a seamless transition to community resources, if appropriate.
