Requisition Details: Employment Status: Regular, Full-time (1.0 FTE); Program Name: Visiting Nursing; Number of Hours Bi-Weekly: 75; Work Schedule: Days, Evenings, Includes Weekends; Union/Bargaining Unit: UNIFOR; On Call: No. Existing Vacancy: Yes – we’re currently hiring candidates for an existing vacancy in this position. Are you a new graduate, a retired nurse, or a nurse ready to rejoin the workforce? You may qualify for the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) through Health Force Ontario. As an employer in Northern Ontario, this program provides $35,000 in incentives ($25,000 CCPN Incentive + $10,000 Northern Top-Up Grant) to eligible nurses in exchange for a 24-month commitment to an eligible employer. An additional $10,000 Northern Relocation Grant is available to CCPN-eligible Nurses relocating outside Northern Ontario.
