The Opportunity: 

Newcastle Anglican has casual opportunities for Registered Nurses & Enrolled Nurses to join its casual pool to work across all 5 Anglican Care aged care facilities across Newcastle + Lake Macquarie. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
