Job Title: RN - Med Surg Neuro (MS/Tele)
Location: Tyler, TX
Shift: Nights 3x12 (7P-7A) | 36 hrs/week
Weekend: Half contract | Float: Yes
Unit: General Neuro (MS/Tele)
Skills: IV therapy, central/PICC lines, telemetry, dysrhythmia management, oxygen/HFNC, wound care, blood products
Orientation: 16 hrs

- Patient Ratio: 1:6
- Adult/Geriatric | Med/Surg + Neuro/Neurosurgical
- 2+ years experience
- Travel experience required
- EMR: Epic
- Certs: BLS (Req), NIHSS (Pref)
