Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care team in Vermilion, Alberta. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, supporting independence, dignity, and quality of life within the community. You will work independently while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary health care team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver client-centered nursing care in home and community settings. Perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, and evaluations. Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing interventions as required. Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, clients, and families. Educate clients and caregivers on disease management, treatments, and wellness. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with professional standards. Adhere to all infection prevention, safety, and privacy policies.
