As a part‑time Registered Nurse with Oceania based at Heretaunga village, you will have the opportunity to practice at full scope within a nurse‑led service. Your clinical expertise and judgment will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the daily care needs of our residents while inspiring and supporting others
• Providing comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions, both independently and collaboratively
• Making critical decisions regarding resident care and demonstrating autonomy
• Building connections and relationships with residents and their families (and allied health professionals in the community)
• Providing leadership and guidance to care staff and team members
