As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Correctional Clinic, you will provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families, communities, and populations, ensuring their safety and well‑being. You will use nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making while teaching, counseling, and advocating for patients and families. Your role includes leading an integrated, holistic approach to patient care, health promotion, and maintenance, and delivering safe, quality, family‑centered care that reflects the organization’s shared vision and values.
