Registered Nurse (Telemetry) provides direct cardiovascular-focused care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and tele unit using a team nursing model. The RN monitors cardiac rhythms, interprets dysrhythmias, and manages patients' evolving needs to support safe, high-quality outcomes.

- Interpret dysrhythmias and initiate appropriate nursing interventions per protocol.
- Manage dysrhythmias through timely escalation and coordinated care with the healthcare team.
- Provide patient advocacy, education, and support to patients and families regarding cardiovascular care.
- Coordinate care delivery with an interdisciplinary team using a team nursing approach.
