Registered Nurse (RN) – Observation Unit

Join our collaborative and energetic observation unit team at Aurora Medical Center Grafton. The observation unit is a 16 bed unit focused on the care of patients in observation status. Patient populations include but are not limited to medical, cardiac, and neuro observation patients. Patients admitted to the observation unit typically stay on the unit for 24-48 hours. This unit offers a team-based culture, strong learning environment, and opportunity to care for a vast variety of patients.

We're looking for:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• NIH Stroke Scale/Score (NIHSS) required within 6 months of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) recommended within ...
