**Description:**

**What you will work:**

+ Day shift, variable start time.
+ No weekends or holidays.

**What you will need:**

+ Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan, BSN preferred
+ Current BLS
+ Current ACLS and PALS or completion of this certification within 1 year of hire into the position.
+ Previous nursing clinical experience required.

**What you will do:**

+ Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
+ Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
+ Formulates, communicates, and documents nursing diagnosis based on assessment of health data collected.
+ Assumes responsibility to develop, communicate, and document a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
