Job Description
Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Transitional Care Team (TCT)-Registered Nurse (RN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The Transitional Care Team (TCT)- Registered Nurse (RN) will ensure a smooth transitions for our PICU and NICU patients from the hospital to the home. They will provide education and training for the parents and family as well as train and facilitate any orientation for new caregivers.
Salary: $32- $34 / per hour
