Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule: 30-hour day, 3/10-hour days with call rotation

Assignment Details:

• Contract Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 30

Requirements:

• Current MA RN license
• ACLS upon hire or must hold an active BLS card and obtain AHA ACLS within 60 days of hire
• O.R. nursing experience and CNOR preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Provide care that respects patient dignity and promotes comfort.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapy per protocols.
• Maintain sterile fields and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Document patient care accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care.
