Registered Nurse (rn), Med Surg

Position Summary

Do you have a passion for nursing? We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at the University Hospital of Northern BC. The RN will work in an acute medical unit, practicing in accordance with BCCNM standards and in a patient and family-centered model.

Shift Rotation/Hours of Work

Days, Nights, 07:00–19:00, 19:00–07:00 (rotating).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing and registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a practicing RN registrant.

Skills and Abilities

• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments and provide nursing care through appropriate technical, therapeutic, and safety interventions.
