Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

Shift: 3x12-hour days - Weekend coverage: Required (typically 2 weekend shifts per pay period)

Assignment Details:

• Patient population: Adults and Geriatrics
• Daily census: 48
• Ratio: 1:6
• Charting system: Epic

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Experience with patient ratios of 6:1
• Travel experience required
• State or Compact nursing license

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical/surgical and telemetry environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and laboratory results.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document care per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
