Title: Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care Facility

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Experience in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) setting preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in an intermediate care setting.
• Monitor patient health and vital signs, recording changes as necessary.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care plans.
