This is a casual position. There is no guaranteed hours. Long Term Care is a unique experience. When you come to work you are coming into a Resident's home. Your feedback and input is used to improve our daily practices, and your energy goes a long way to putting smiles on our Residents' faces. We provide a fulsome orientation to set you up for success and help you thrive in your supervisor role.

• Built genuine connections with residents—making meaningful moments part of every shift.
• Led your nursing team and the building in the absence of management, delivering shift reports, supervising and mentoring staff, and driving priorities for the day.
• Assessed, planned, and delivered care for residents with complex needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Administered medications safely and accurately, and practiced full-scope therapies such as subcutaneous hypodermoclysis, IV therapy, and advanced wound care.
