Registered Nurse, RN- Hospice On Call Every Other Week, Full Time

**Every other week, 7 days on - 7 days off with full time pay and benefits.**

**BAYADA Hospice** is looking for compassionate and dedicated **Full Time** **Hospice On Call Registered Nurses** ( **RN)** to join our team in the **Hospice office** , located in Colchester, VT. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in **Lamoille, Grand Isle, Chittenden, Franklin and Washington counties in VT** .

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
