CRU nurses provide care across multiple inpatient departments, allowing them to develop a broad clinical skill set while adapting to diverse patient populations and care settings.

As a member of CRU, nurses gain exposure to cardiac, step-down, medical, surgical, and acute rehabilitation patient populations, strengthening their clinical judgment, adaptability, and confidence....
