Job Summary: RN I: This position provides basic nursing care in predictable situations to a limited number of patients under direct supervision. RN I's are typically new graduates or returning to the professional after a prolonged absence. Performance is guided by rules and competencies to be met. RN I's are able to recognize attributes of a clinical situation without situational experience. With oversight and/or guidance, the RN I's render individualized nursing care to meet the patient's physical, psychological, supportive, and rehabilitative nursing care.
