Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department Department: Emergency Room (ER) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Shift: 11:00am - 11:00pm Reports To: Emergency Department Manager / Director of Nursing Position Summary
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The RN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care for individuals presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions. This role requires critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and the ability to prioritize care while maintaining a high standard of patient safety and compassion.
