Job Details

The Float Pool at St. Joseph Hospital provides the opportunity for experienced nurses (RN) to work throughout our hospital in a variety of units.
Our Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Float Pool RN will:

+ Be responsible for floating between the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry departments

+ Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the Medical-Surgical/ Telemetry patient population

+ Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes...
