Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse – Psychiatric provides specialized nursing care for adult and pediatric patients experiencing acute psychiatric decompensation within a crisis intervention setting. This role supports patient stabilization, monitoring, and coordination of care within a six-bed crisis intervention unit. The nurse collaborates closely with behavioral health technicians and emergency department staff to ensure safe, effective care while supporting the clinical goals of the psychiatric crisis intervention program. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients experiencing acute psychiatric crises. Monitor patient condition and document clinical observations and interventions.
