Registered Nurse - Psychiatric

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse – Psychiatric supports patients participating in a detox and addiction treatment program by providing clinical monitoring, documentation, and patient support during the withdrawal and recovery process. This role helps ensure patient safety and promotes a supportive therapeutic environment while collaborating closely with the treatment team. The detox program provides -hour nursing care to monitor an individual's withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs and alleviate symptoms. Clients receive medical and emotional support during one of the most pivotal stages of the recovery process. This role will function similarly to a school nurse schedule and will be considered part of the leadership team as the program collaborates closely with clinical staff. Key Responsibilities:
