Provides and directs individualized care to patients through the use of the nursing process. Schedules & coordinates Interventional Procedures according to the PMD' orders.
Essential Functions:
Assists physician during procedures.
Does patient assessment and monitoring for pre-procedures with documentation?
Does patient assessment intra-procedure? Assists a physician during the procedure.
Provides post-clinical patient care and reevaluations as per specific procedure to include documentation and discharge instructions.
