Summary This position is located at the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Cumberland County VA Clinic, Fayetteville, NC. The Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Registered Nurse (RN) improves patient and organizational outcomes by providing evidence-based, condition specific, protocol-driven services to assist Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) providers in treating common Mental Health conditions and addressing health behavior concerns in Primary Care.
