As a Prenatal Education Registered Nurse at Mount Sinai Hospital, you will lead expectant parents through the transformative journey of childbirth using your clinical expertise in a series of interactive, small-group settings. You’ll cover essential topics such as parenting, pregnancy, the labour process, vaginal and cesarean birth, comfort measures and pain management, the post-partum period, newborn care and safety, breast/ chest feeding and infant feeding. This role allows you to expand your teaching prowess in both virtual and in-person formats, ensuring parents are well-prepared, confident, and supported as they embark on the journey of parenthood.
