This is a **full-time direct hire opportunity** for a **Registered Nurse / Patient Care Manager** supporting home health operations across **Fall River, MA; Providence, RI; and Tiverton, RI.**
**Salary:** $90,000 – $100,000/year depending on experience
**Bonus:** $10,000 sign-on bonus
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
