This position is for ourExtendicare Tecumseh Home, 128 bed facility located inTecumseh, Ontario.

What you’ll be doing

• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providerstodevelop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
• Provide leadership tonursing andpersonal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.

What you bring

• Current registration with provincial College of Nursesas a Registered Nurse (RN)
