:We currently hold a new opportunity within the Eltham Community Care team for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a Part Time basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a high standard of care is maintained at all times. In this role, you will provide a high level of nursing services for our Support at Home clients.
This is a Permanent Part Time position - 3 days per week.
This position will be based at our Eltham Aged Care Facility - Community Department.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Providing hands-on care to clients as part of the multidisciplinary care team;
Assisting with the implementation of best practice nursing policies and procedure;
Hygiene & Continence Care
Clinical assessment of clients;
