Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) at a leading medical center. The role involves preparing surgical patients for anesthesia, monitoring recovery, and providing phase 2 recovery care in a fast-paced environment.

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) at a leading medical center. The role involves preparing surgical patients for anesthesia, monitoring recovery, and providing phase 2 recovery care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for surgery by establishing IV access and assessing their readiness.
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses during recovery, including moderate sedation management.
- Administer IV starts, nerve blocks, and arterial or central lines as needed.
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech system.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Follow unit policies and maintain high standards of patient safety and comfort.
- Valid RN license with at least 2 years of acute care experience.
