What you get to do:

• Facilitate training using approved SOPs, lesson plans and other training resources provided to ensure ambassadors are comfortable working in their assigned area or with their assigned equipment. This training will certify, test, audit, and properly document, as required, the ambassadors training according to the Standard Operating Procedures of the assigned area or equipment
• Ensure that the ambassadors receive the highest quality training related to safety and guest service
