Ideally,thecandidate should be a responsible, gentleand well-trained professionalwho can provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervisionwhilst following health and safety guidelines faithfully andconsistently. The goal is to promote the patient's well-being byproviding high quality nursing care.

- Monitor patient's condition and assess theirneeds to provide the best possible care.
- Observe and interpret patient's symptoms andcommunicate them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses todevise individualized care plans for patients.
