- Deliver perioperative nursing care before, during, and after procedures in the operating room
- Prepare patients for surgery by performing assessments and verifying clinical readiness
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure accurate setup, instruments, and supplies for cases
- Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative and immediate postoperative changes
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to support efficient case flow
- Adhere to infection prevention, documentation, and safety protocols throughout each shift
