Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy treatments and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Manage and assess patient condition, ensuring effective care and safety.
- Document patient responses and update medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and side effects.
- Operate specialized equipment such as chest tubes and chemotherapy infusion devices.
- Active RN license in Virginia or a compact license at the time of application.
