The Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the physical, mental, and social well‑being of employees in the workplace. The role focuses on delivering occupational health services, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, providing immediate medical assistance, implementing wellness programs, and supporting a safe and healthy working environment.

The Occupational Health Nurse serves as the primary healthcare provider within the organization, handling medical emergencies, employee health monitoring, occupational illness prevention, and health education initiatives while collaborating closely with management, employees, safety officers, and external healthcare providers.
