Role Summary

Fixed‑term full‑time (26 April–30 October 2026, maternal cover) with AM, PM, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to provide a high level of quality care.
• Develop and monitor care plans.
• Carry out clinical assessments.
• Form lasting relationships with residents, families and GP’s.
• Support the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers.

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad.
