Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical units, specializing in night shifts. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care while adapting to floating responsibilities within the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Float between units as needed, adhering to scope of practice and facility protocols.
- Complete required modules during onsite orientation, recording hours via transcripts.
- Maintain compliance with travel and licensing requirements, including valid KS or Compact RN license.
- Follow all clinical and safety guidelines, including BLS certification and patient safety protocols.
- Hold a valid KS or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
